Wrong phone number in Settings - Phone - My Number. It is correct EVERYWHERE else. It is grayed out so I can't change it. The number that I see under My Number is not shown anywhere else on the phone. I have followed other suggestions to turn off imessage and facetime. I have also changed my appleid password.

We understand that the phone number listed in the Phone app for you is incorrect.
You will need to contact your cellular carrier to ensure that they've provisioned your iPhone for the correct phone number. They may even need to replace your SIM card or eSIM to reflect the correct phone number.
