I have do not disturb on but still receive sounds
Despite having do not disturb on, I still receive sound notifications. How can I turn them off when do not disturb is on?

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! To ensure your preferences are correct for Do Not Disturb, check the settings below:
- "In the Settings app, tap Focus.
- Tap Do Not Disturb.
- Tap the feature you want to customize:
With Allow Notifications, add people or apps that you want notifications from when using Do Not Disturb.
With Customize Screens, choose a Lock Screen or Home Screen that can turn on Do Not Disturb.
With Set A Schedule, set times for Do Not Disturb to turn on and off each day.
With Focus Filters, customize how certain apps or iPhone features behave while you use Do Not Disturb."

Be sure to double check the Allow Notifications option so that unwanted notifications aren't sounding for certain people or apps. If all settings are correct, check to be sure your software is updated. Outdated software can cause things to misbehave: Update your iPhone or iPad.
