Can I upgrade the OS on my old MacBook Pro? The mode/sub-model = MacBook Pro (13-inch, Early 2011). I'm at 10.13.6 now.

I'm hoping this isn't the end of the line for this device but when I tried to download the latest, it wouldn't allow it.

I'm not sure my screenshot is displaying.

Version 10.13.6

Model is MacBook Pro (13-inch, Early 2011)

Processor 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5

and so on...

No, unfortunately, you cannot upgrade the 2011 MBP 13" beyond macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra.

That's the end of the upgrade path for that model.

FYI...

➡️ macOS 10.14 Mojave is compatible with the Macs listed here

➡️ macOS 10.15 Catalina is compatible with the Macs listed here
