Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. The quickest way to remove Activation Lock from your iPhone is to find the Apple ID and reset the password. Start by using the guidance in If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support to find the Apple ID that you used.

Once you have the Apple ID, you can then use that and the guidance in If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support which we noticed you recently reviewed.

If you know the Apple ID but are unable to reset the password for some reason, you may be able to start account recovery to reset the password that way. Check out How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support.

Lastly, if you are still unable to remove Activation Lock and are the original owner of the device, you can submit an Activation Lock support request from Activation Lock Support.
