Hello Rhapsody07,

We can see that you were trying to enable the dictation option via Dictate text on iPhone - Apple Support without success. So what we'd recommend doing is ensuring that your microphone on your iPhone is working. If not, try the following steps: If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working - Apple Support A faulty mic could prevent the option from showing. If issues persist, then reach out to Apple directly for assistance.

Hey Rhapsody07,

In addition to the guidance offered in the previous reply, we also want to recommend that you try rebooting your iPhone and testing the issue again. Then if it continues to occur, double check that you have the latest version of iOS available and if you're able to update, do so and see if that helps.

Here are the steps for those processes:

If those steps don't resolve the issue, you might want to reach out to Apple Support directly. If support is available in your region, this will let you work directly with an AppleCare Advisor who specializes in resolving this exact type of issue. You can begin by reaching out here: Get Support

We hope this does the trick for you!

Cheers.
