Primary vs Personal
I just upgraded from an iPhone 7 to a 14. It appears that there is a Primary line, which I cannot seem to change, and a Personal line, which has my phone number listed.
I have messages associated with the Primary line, that I cannot get. When I make a call, it defaults to the Primary line, which doesn't work.
Why are there two lines? Is this because my phone lines are through my business?
I think this is why my phone wouldn't sync or recognize my watch, iPad mini, or iPad pro.
How do I either add my phone number to the primary line, or make the personal line the default.
