Why does the fitness app not reflect my peloton workouts on certain days? The workout will show but will not add to calorie total

there are two days in the last month where the fitness app has not included my workout on peloton towards daily calorie goal. I can see the workout but again it’s not added to calories.

Hey Battyboi23,

To clarify, this was just those two days? For example, if you've done a Peloton workout since then does it then document correctly?

If that was a one time thing, we'd recommend confirming the Peloton app if in use and your iPhone are fully updated.

It is possible there may have been a communication issue or bug between the two services.

However, if this is a consistent problem, we'd recommend making sure that Peloton has permission to share your health data to other apps.

"View your data sources

Here's how to see which devices and apps update specific health categories:

  1. Open the Health app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. If you're on your iPhone, tap the Browse tab. If you're on your iPad, tap  to open the sidebar.
  3. Tap a category, like Activity. If you don't see the category, swipe down to reveal the search bar, then enter a category.
  4. Tap a subcategory, like Steps.
  5. Scroll down, then tap Data Sources & Access. Only the sources that contribute to that data type will appear.

Here's how to see all of your sources for the Health app:

  1. Open the Health app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. If you're on your iPhone, tap your profile picture in the upper-right corner . If you're on your iPad, tap Profile in the upper-left corner.
  3. Scroll down to Privacy, then tap Apps and Services or Devices."

If you have further concerns or the issue persists, feel free to reply to this post.

Cheers!
