The Appleseed program is by invitation only whether you are a developer or not. So, do you have an invitation? If yes, then you need to register your device and follow their instructions. If no, you do not have access to the Apple seed program.

Other than this general info, we are not to discuss the program or anything to do with it as it is considered confidential.

Apple Developer membership provides beta access: Using Apple Beta Software - Support - Apple Developer

There are beta-related “seed” programs at Apple, though—with your developer access—you don’t and variously won’t need to utilize those.

For Apple betas and whatever the acquisition path, have a separate device or Mac you don’t need to work right, with data you can wipe and not bother to reload, and with an Apple ID and iCloud data you do not need to be consistent or even available. Do bot run a beta with an iPhone, iPad, or Mac that you need to work, with data you need available and consistent, or with an Apple ID and its iCloud data you need to be available and consistent.

What about if you got invatation to seed but can’t find the app now? What do I do?

If the received invitation was unclear about the program registration and program access process, and if you have then registered and reviewed the info provided with the successful registration, contact the Apple group that provided the invitation and ask them for assistance.

You will want to consider using a spare device or spare Mac, using "spare" data, and quite possibly using a spare Apple ID. This as beta apps can sometimes cause issues possibly involving data conversions, data corruptions, data loss, and you may or may not be able to upgrade or to revert. Have complete and current backups of any important data, too.
