If my Apple Watch called 911, is there a record?
I had a fall and an ambulance arrived in 20 minutes. How would I know if my Apple Watch called 911?
Apple Watch Series 8, watchOS 9

Nonuthin asked "I had a fall and an ambulance arrived in 20 minutes. How would I know if my Apple Watch called 911?" Your Apple Watch will tell you it has detected a fall, and it will ask you if you would like an ambulance to arrive. If you say no, or tap no, it will not call one. On the other hand, if you're unconscious, the watch will tell you it has detected a fall, and it will ask you if you would like an ambulance to arrive. After a programmed amount of time without a response, the Apple Watch will report your fall to 911 or whoever would be dispatched to check in on you. I know this because it happened to a relative.
More, insofar as a record of the call exists, I don't know. Perhaps on your phone app there will be a call logged in recents?

I don't know what that means.
I was asking a clarifying question about your original post. But if you don't want to answer, I will move along.
Best of luck.
You could also call your local police department on their "Main" number, and ask if a 911 call was made from your iPhone number. Whether they give it to you or not is another matter, but generally all 911 calls are recorded by the 911 call center.
But as muguy says, your iPhone phone app should have a record of all out going calls.
I have now received my cell phone bill for the date I fell. Is shows that my phone made calls to two nearby cities where the emergency services are located a total of 9 times before the ambulance arrived. I know I did not make any of these calls myself. So I have to assume that the Apple watch kept calling until it got through. When the ambulance arrived, the crew reported that I was alone, and told them that the Apple watch may have called them, which I don't remember doing. It is also possible, I suppose, that a passer-by used my phone to call 911 and didn't wait around.
Among other ways, it will be on your phone record from your carrier

Is there any other way the ambulance could have known to come?
