need to know a way to stop my MacBook air battery from charging 100%. how to stop it at 90%. ?

Stopping Battery Health Decreasing:
All batteries are prone to future. So the Battery Health cannot be stopped from decreasing. Note that there is no way to no why, nor when, the Battery Health decreased.
