My Apple Gift Card cam with 15 digits and is invalid. Is there a way to fix it

I bought a Apple Gift Card and when I tried reeding it it said invalid and it only had 15 digits instead of 16 digits

Where did you buy the gift card? Is it a digital card or physical card?
