I just want to know if swiping the phone off the same as shutting it down through settings? I’ve never shut my phone down through the settings. If I do shut it down that way do I restart at the same?
No matter whether you Shut Down the phone by holding down either the volume up or down button and side button......or......tapping Settings > General > Shut Down.......
The same screen will appear and you are still swiping to Shut Down the phone in either case.
So, you are performing the same swiping action to Shut Down the phone, no matter which method you choose.
