What does "internet Fusion Drive" mean?

Get a name brand SSD and you should be fine. The message you quoted is a standard disclaimer for liability purposes. We like Samsung T7 but that's just a personal choice. They come with USB -A and USB-C cables.

The cable you need depends on the year of your Mac (which you did not state) ... either USB-A ("standard" old USB) or USB-C for Thunderbolt type ports. Many drives come with both; check the drive's description. USB-C will give about twice the speed of USB-A. But only if you can use the USB-C cable.

Fast shipping is determined by who you buy the disk from and their shipping policy.
