Thanks for following up. When you open the image in the Files app and tap the Share icon, you'll see an option to "Save Image." If you tap that, it will save the image in your Photos app.

Yes, when you select the Save Image option, it will save it to your Photos app.

To save multiple items, go to the folder in the Files app that you have these items located in then select the options button at the top corner (Circle with 3 dots). In the options menu choose Select, then tap on each picture you want to save, or choose Select All at the top if you'd like to save all of the items in that folder. Once you have the items selected, tap the Share button at the bottom (square with up arrow) and select Save Image.

How were you looking to manage these files? Was this on iCloud, on your iPhone, or another device? In iCloud, for example, you can elect to Share a file from iCloud Drive to your device through these steps: Share files and folders in iCloud Drive on iCloud.com - Apple Support Then the iPhone will open an image file in Photos.
