Timer Icon won’t leave Home Screen or Dynamic Island

I have an IPhone 15 Pro and was having issues with my cellular connection. My carrier told me to restart my phone, reset Network Settings and then reset all settings. I completed the first 2 but it didn’t change so when I called them back and told me the 3rd one, I had started a timer for something. I didn’t stop the timer before resetting and now the icon won’t leave the Dynamic Island or won’t leave the Home Screen. When I open the timer app it shows no timer. I don’t know what to do.
