My computer is having issues since downloading Sonoma
My Mac runs slow, apps don’t work properly.

Try and restart it to see if the issues persist. You might want to boot it in the safe mode to see if it persists in safe Mode. If it does not persist in safe mode ,it is caused by an external piece of software
