If I were to have a virus on my phone, and sign into my Apple ID on a new phone/transfer my data to a new phone, would it also transfer the virus to that new phone?

I know the odds of getting a virus on an iPhone that isn’t jailbroken are slim to none, but I’ve read on multiple websites that there’s still a possibility. I’m just curious to know if a virus could transfer from an old iPhone to a new one. I’m also still a bit worried that I do have a virus, partly because my battery has been dying quickly and I got a scam pop-up a while ago and while I didn’t click anything I keep thinking what if I did?
