Fitness messages getting sent to my old, stolen, apple watch

My old Apple watch was stolen more than 3 years ago. I got a new one last month, and when my friends send messages through the fitness app, they are getting sent to my old phone number. I have also updated my phone number since then, as well as getting a new iPhone. How can I fix this?
