lost photos when clean my Mac deleted

I have Imac Sonoma and I did I scan and mistakenly took out my photo file. Now the icon shows up empty although iCloud, iPhone, and iPad still have my pictures. Unfortunately iCloud states it will take out the pictures on November 24 and it won't send them back to my iMac.

Follow these steps in sequence. Do not omit any.

  1. Back up your Mac according to Back up your files with Time Machine on Mac - Apple Support
  2. Uninstall the "CleanMyMac" product in strict accordance with its instructions. Do not install it, or anything like it, ever again.
  3. Download your photos from iCloud to your Mac's local storage: Download iCloud photos and videos - Apple Support

Your Photos Library may now be a mess consisting of many duplicate photos. That will require additional work on your part.
