I'm currently using a Intel-based MacBook Pro 2021 running macOS 14.0 When I am trying to update I am getting message "Updates for this Mac are managed by 'swscan.apple.com' "How do I update ?

You can simply try at a later time/day if the servers are being hammered at the moment, and try again. Report back.

Are you using a VPN...?
Is this mac managed by MDM...?

From your >System Setting>General>Software Update Command R will reload the query

sudo softwareupdate -i -a -R
note:
-i Install
-a All appropriate updates
-R Automatically restart (or shut down) if required to complete installation)
