How do I restore my MacBook Pro from the iCloud?
I backed it up before I dropped it off for repairs. Now I am having a hard time downloading all my files and email accounts.

While some data is able to sync through iCloud from your Mac, you're unable to do a complete system backup to iCloud for a Mac.
In order to access anything you were storing in iCloud, you'll want to sign in to iCloud and select the data that you wish to sync. This can help with that: Sign in to iCloud on all your devices - Apple Support
