Using the Simulator app in Xcode (version 15.0.1)
I choose "New Simulator"
I name my sim
I choose the device type
There are never any options that show up in the OS Version menu so I can never choose anything
The "Create" button at the bottom corner is clickable but clicking it all day long never does anything. Nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong here?
So turns out you need to open Xcode and install platforms from there in order to use simulators. But rather than the Simulator.app program telling you that, it just does nothing when you try to open or create a simulator. Odd choice but its working fine now. It's a shame I have to install about 30 GB of data just to check how my site runs in mobile Safari but you gotta do what you gotta do I guess
