Trying to delete Jabra Direct from a Macbook Pro

I downloaded jabra direct when I bought the headphones, but I no longer use them and my macbook pro won't let me delete it. It says the app is "open" but its not. Any work around that can help me get rid of it? thanks for any help.

Hi Jillylopez50,

You might try booting up your Mac in safe mode, which stops any 3rd party applications from opening when you start the computer. If it being "open" is all that is causing this, that should allow you to uninstall: Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

Cheers.
