music on laptop

I listen to Apple Music on my phone all the time. No problem there. But recently I have been wanting to also listen occasionally on my laptop. But when I sign in to the laptop, only a few of my playlists are listed. Does anybody know why that would be? Could it have something to do with the fact that I have a family account? (I am the administrator, if that helps.) Any ideas?
