Pending Purchases for over a week

I purchased a few in-app purchases recently, but I noticed that none have actually gone through to my card. The money is still there. I still have all of the in app purchases. I don’t know what’s going on. I looked at the transaction history and the transactions have been pending for over a week. I’m confused and not sure what to do.

While the charges show as pending, and you mentioned no issues with the content included with those in-app purchases, it seems like the pending notification means it hasn't yet completed the transaction with the payment method used.


While nothing indicates there's an issue from the details you provided, if you feel there is one, we recommend contacting the issuer of the payment method you used to see what they can check from their end of things.
