Apple does not store your passcode, so it is up to you to remember it or write it down.
If you cannot remember your passcode, you will have to reset/erase the phone and set it up again with a new passcode.
It might be a good idea to write down the new passcode and store it in a safe place.
If you have a current backup of the iPhone, you can use that to restore the data on the phone, so it will look like it did before you forgot the passcode.
