Account recovery contact has compromised my account

The person I had listed as my account recovery, has got mad at me and compromised my account . They changed all my information and I’m not able to even sign out of the app lie id on my phone

How to cancel "An account recovery request was made for your Apple ID" I received an email that "An account recovery request was made for your Apple ID" from an unknown phone number and location I have never been to. And that this new unknown phone number will receive a text in a month to reset my account. When I click the red link within "If you did not make this request or do not recognise the information shown above, you should cancel account recovery immediately to keep your account secure." it brings me to the: Cannot Verify Account We apologize but we are unable to verify your account information online. Even if I login on that page and try the link again I still get that repeated message. How do I stop myself from, what I believe is, getting my account taken over by this unknown person? Thanks!

“unauthorized recovery contacts” I received this message from noreply@apple.com ”A recovery contact was added to your account on March 20, 2023 at 6:23:25 PM GMT.” instructions were: “To manage your recovery contacts, go to Password & Security > Account Recovery on your iOS” I have version 16.3.1. Under Settings I have “Privacy & Security” which has no “Account Recovery.” I would very much like to check my “recovery contacts” - where do I find them? Thanks Phyllis B. That's not possible. Your account recovery contact has no access to your account.
