I can not get my phone to update. I have been trying for 2 days I have no cellular capabilities
I have no cellular usage at all and it says my phone needs an update and I can get it to update

It could be that you need a carrier update. Take a look at Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support and follow the recommended actions.
- "Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
- Tap Settings > General > About.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update."
