Getting an App to Open:

What is your iOS Version? Go to: Settings > General > About. Facebook and many other apps are up-to-date, making them not work with older iOS versions. For the Facebook app, you need iOS13.4. See here: Facebook on the App Store - Apple.

"apps not opening: I've done all the checks my iOS is compatible with Facebook app, if I delete the app then reinstall it it signs me in, until I close the app and go back on it it doesn’t load again! It’s only Facebook and my Morrison’s app that aren’t loading suddenly.

Login Items on an iPhone:

There is no Login Items feature on an iPhone, though there are on Macs. So, there might be an app out there that allows for this to occur. I’m not aware of any, but they might be an Accessibility genre of software.

Contact these App’s Developers:

So, contact Facebook, and Morrison’s app (whatever that is), seeing what they have to say on this. Report back what they say. You’ll find their Contact Us info on their Web site. As a way to avoid scams. Don’t contact them any other way. For app found in the App Store, you’ll find their Contact Us info in the app’s site of the App Store.
