OtterBox’s ProMax Defender case/holster

The holster was molded incorrectly.

Management at Best Buy in Daytona Beach was made aware of problem.

Needed case for new iPhone 15ProMax. Hopefully, BB will get some correctly made Pro Max Defender cases or I’ll have to find a different brand.

Also Otterbox cheapened the case quality by making it thinner and making base corners much smaller on the holster.

Has anyone else experienced same issue?

My new case doesn’t fit and magnet isn’t strong I am super excited about my brand new iPhone 16, and I got a new otter box case bought from the Apple website at the same time as the phone. The case makes the magnet very weak, and also the case does not seem deep enough to protect the phone. Is there anything I can do? Can I exchange the case? The order number is W********7 thank you! 14 pro max Leather case Anyone else having issues with the leather case? The corners of my phone come out of the case on its own with regular use. Never experienced this before. Paid $60 for the case directly from an Apple Store. I’ve had it since the 14 was released. Do I have any options? I feel like my case is defective.
