Cancel my STARZ subscription!!

I have been trying to cancel my STARZ subscription for 2 dqys. I have contacted STARZ support and followed their directions. I get to the point where it is supposed to say 'Cancel Subscription" and it does NOT say it. It is not an option. HELP!

Assuming you mean on your iPhone (you did post in the iPhone forum), if you see your Starz! subscription in Settings/[your name]/Subscriptions and it doesn’t have a Cancel button it has been canceled. It may have a “renew” or “resubscribe” button. It won’t expire until the end of the current term, because you already paid for the current term.


If you don’t see it then you didn’t subscribe using your iPhone. You then have to log in to their website and cancel in on the website.
