Problems with the credit card

Hi, like months ago I start paying the iCloud+ for more space with my moms card (which it was in my phone by default) I don’t know when the problems start, I just wanted to install an app but i couldn’t bc it saids that i have to update the credit card information, by then I already had my own card so i changed the information to my cards ones. It’s just keep saying that i can’t and I want to delete the credit card but it said that a payment is on course on that credit card so i can’t do it, I ask my mom and she said she didn’t buy o do something. I can’t install apps and upgrading them because of this.

Correct. So, add a Method of Payment. Contact Apple Support, if you cannot.

Changing the Method of Payment:

A. Add, then Delete.

You need at least one Method of Payment assigned to your account. This is because even free apps have their option for internal purchases. So, add the new method of payment, and then remove the one that is currently in there. Add a payment method to your Apple ID - Apple Support

B. If Declined:

Go Here: If your Payment Method is Declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

No Success?

C. Contact Apple Support:

For Financial Assistance, Contact Apple Store Support. You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.

Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
