Connecting DXO one camera to iPhone 15 pro max

I recently upgraded my iPhone 13 to iPhone 15 pro max and it’s using Type C. I have a DXO one camera with lightning connection and the camera can only activate when plug into the phone. I have tried to use lightning to type C adapter but unable to connect the camera. Anyone has this issue and know how to fix it?

Thank you for the photo.

Getting an Add-On Device to Work:

Get the Correct Drivers:

Go to the manufacture's site, and confirm if it is compatible with the iPhone model and then iOS version. What do you see? Ask the manufacture, by using in info found on their own Contact Us site.

"the firmware is updated and support latest OS. I have tried on iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 17 and no issue.

It’s a very good camera with 1” sensor and with full manual control."

If it's not opening on the new iPhone. Then its likely an incompatibly issue.

Does your iPhone Feel Hot?

Overeating iPhone and draining iPhone battery is a well-known issue. Power is a big concern for iPhone series compatible with iOS 17. Question is: "Just how many people have actually reported this to Apple?" So, this overheating may be making this occur.

Report this to Apple...

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread
  4. Proceed from there as necessary
