Hey i have an iphone 8 plus rose gold and the wifi icon is disabled

I tried resetting all the settings and network and shutting it down multiple times and it is still not grayed out and just unselectable. My phone not only cannot connect to the wifi but it also is stopping me from seeing any of my information for ex, iCloud and phone number, and passwords were grayed out and undetectable, i tried signing into a new iCloud because I thought it would fix my issue but when I went to go and sign out that option was also locked. I've tried shutting down and resetting all/network settings but nothing is fixing my issue, I even tried waiting for the phone to run out of battery and charge it back to see if it fixed it but it's still grayed out. I have tried every way of resetting the phone because I know the only way to fix my issue it by resetting my phone but nothing worked I can't factory reset my phone because to get into the Apple ID server which is required to factory reset, requires WIFI! Please do help it is very frustrating and has been a problem for the past 4 days.
