I tried to add my ICOCA card to wallet, following the instructions.
when I clicked the + button, it showed only the small pop-up windows with two options: Cancel and Learn More.
I tried to choose both ways, but I can’t continue to add my card.
What should I do?

From the information about which device you're using, the iPhone 5s doesn't have the capabilities to support adding ICOCA to the Wallet app.
To add the ICOCA card, the requirements are below:
* ICOCA only2: An iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus or later with iOS 16 or later. Or, an Apple Watch Series 3 or later with watchOS 8.7.1 or later.
