New iPhone 15 Pro Won't Work - WiFi & Connectivity Issues

After transferring data to my new iPhone 15 Pro, the applications stopped downloading and ever since I haven't been able to connect to the internet. WiFi shows it is connected but no internet. My other devices can all access internet using the same WiFi so not a router or service provider issue.

Furthermore, I have tried resetting network settings and resigning in to no avail. I also tried to erase all content & settings to fully reset iPhone and begin the transfer process again, but when I go to put my password for my AppleID it tells me that verification failed - even though the password entered is in fact correct.

I'm not sure what else to try, if anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Hi ale_miro,

Wow, it sounds like you're running into some unique obstacles.

Will you try doing the following:

  • On another device connected to the internet, search speed test on Google. Google will have a space to check your internet speed. If it's over 25 Mbps, we'll for sure know the internet is running okay.
  • On the Wi-Fi settings, click the (i) next to your Wi-Fi name. Afterward, try hitting "Forget This Network". Afterward, re-sign into the Wi-Fi.

If those didn't work or if you've already tried the following, you can visit Contact Apple for support and service

to get in touch with Apple directly.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Many thanks!
