Canon C-Log 2 LUT looks and works very different on my Macbook 14" M1 Pro and my iMac Pro. When applying Canon C-Log 2 LUT in the inspector the the waveform and image becomes over exposed and clips the image where as when used on my iMac Pro the LUT and image is correctly interpreted. The other issue is once you start the M1 MacBook Pro and more the Library onto my iMac Pro the problem persists embed in the library.
The media I have is XF-AVC Long GOP 10-bit. It shows the same problem with Log 2 on an M1 MBP with the current OS and FCP. XF-AVC Intra 10-bit doesn't have the problem.
You should report it to feedback.
Post screenshots. Where do you see the problem in the browser or the project? What are the media specs? Are you using HDR? What OS and co versions are you using?
The image above is from the iMac Pro The Video is under an NDA so can't share a full grab. Below is the image grabbed from the MacBook M1 which clearly shows the RGB in the wave form are clipping. Exactly the same LUT from Canon on both.

FCPX M1 projects doesn't match FCPX INTEL projects | C-log 2 anyone got a fix?
