In Apple School Manager, I have the role of Content Manager. However, I cannot access Apps and Books at all.
I've checked the Role Settings, and I should be able to access content. What am I missing?

This looks like your administrator has not accepted the new terms and conditions. Everyone loses access to everything but the users pane until that is done.
