Apple gift card send wrong email
Hello everyone,
I recently encountered an issue and I'm hoping someone here can help or guide me on the next steps.
1.Purchase Details: I bought an Apple Gift Card on the US store as a guest.
2.Email Issue: Unfortunately, I mistakenly sent the card to an old email address of mine, which is also associated with the US region. I no longer have access to this email.
3.Account Binding: After the purchase, I linked this order to my China region Apple account.
4.Webpage Option: I found the 'resend' option on the webpage, but it doesn't allow me to change the email address.
Now, I am stuck as I cannot retrieve the gift card from the old email, and I can't find any option to request a change or resend it to a different email.
Has anyone faced a similar situation or can offer some advice on how I might resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
