My calendar events are disappearing for no apparent reason. Both of my devices (iPhone and iPad) are synced to the same iCloud account, and both are impacted the same. I have not changed the settings on either of my devices. It happens with events that are added as a result of receiving email confirmation of airline and hotel reservations.

You'll want to check the iCloud website to see if those events are still appearing there: iCloud Calendar That will help us determine if those events have been removed from your iCloud calendar, or just aren't syncing to your devices properly.

There are no events on my iCloud calendar. As for the original concern, the events were added to my calendar after receiving and email confirmation for a reservation, and they randomly disappear days or weeks later.
Another concern which may or may not be related is that saved locations on my Google maps sometimes disappear.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
