hello since I upgraded my MacBook Air m1 to macOS Sonoma I have my battery draining fast , should I downgrade to Ventura , and how ? ps : my MacBook health is 100%

This is probably caused by some incompatible 3rd party system modification. It is running out of control, or repeatedly crashing, and consuming too much CPU power.

what is the question?
why not run it for a week or two and see how the macOS learns as it goes...
