Heart Rate metric grayed out in Outdoor Walk

Apple Watch (SE, GPS + cellular, 44mm, North America)
- Model A2354

In Apple Watch app on my connected iPhone 7plus, in Workout/Workout View/Outdoor Walk/Metrics “Heart Rate” is grayed out. And, accordingly, Heart Rate doesn’t appear on watch during workout. “Heart Rate” DOES APPEAR in both places for Outdoor Cycle. Why? How can I get my Heart Rate to show in Outdoor Walk function?

I FOUND IT! In Apple Watch app/Workout I had “Power Saving Mode” ON. I turned it OFF and “Heart Rate” now shows.
