I have an Apple Music subscription. I need to add my Apple Music to my HP PC as well as on my iPad.
You can download the Preview version of the Apple Music app from the Microsoft Store to your Windows PC and log in to the Apple ID that holds the subscription in the App.
https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9PFHDD62MXS1?gl=&hl=
This is a preview version of Apple Music, and not all features may work
as expected. After installing the Apple Music preview, iTunes will no
longer open, and audiobooks or podcasts on the device will be
inaccessible until a compatible version of iTunes is released. To revert
back to iTunes, you’ll need to uninstall this version of the app.
You can also just log in to https://music.apple.com in a web browser, with the Apple ID that holds the subscription.
For the iPad, you should be using the same Apple ID on all your devices. As such the Apple Music subscription should be directly available on the iPad.
If the iPad is using a different Apple ID than the one you used for the Music subscription, then you will need to decide which Apple ID you want to use on it, as you cannot use both Apple IDs at the same time.
If the iPad is used by someone other than yourself, you will need a Apple Music Family Plan and setup Family Sharing to share the subscription with them. Individual subscriptions cannot be shared with other people.
