amazon digital services charged me and never used then how to claim a fraud

I got charged with my apple credit card $4.99 on Amazon Digital Services however i never used Amazon Digital Services at all? I would like to get refund and cancel this CC as soon as i paid off the balance i have.

How can I find what I’m paying for and get a refund? I’ve already checked the apple bill and subscriptions and there is nothing for £6.99 but my card has been charged £6.99 by apple.
