I'm trying to help my aunt access this "box" on her computer. She does not remember the password to it. I do not have this icon on any of my iMac or Macbook's so I'm not familiar with it. She says it's where she stores her passwords. Does anyone know how I can help her get into this "box"? Screen shot attached.
The circular blue icon is for 1Password as is the "Enter Your Master Password" but I don't remember the toolbox icon.

As FoxFifth mentioned, the bigger blue icon is 1Password asking for the master password. If she doesn't remember the master password, she should have seen instructions to print out a recovery key when 1Password was first installed. With no master password AND no recovery key, nobody can get into 1Password on that computer...not even AgileBits, the app's publisher.
