I need help downloading a app to clean up my phone is there a good app that you suggest me to try to clean all the old crap off my iPhone please guide me in the right direction I have tried downloading apps to help protect my iPhone from spamware and viruses I just want something clean and neat very easy to understand that won’t frustrate me!!! Please help????

I absolutely concur with razmed209. There are no apps like that because no third-party app has that level of access to your phone and there are no viruses to be removed.
If you want to return your iPhone to its pristine state, you can restore it to factory settings. It's easy.
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
You might also want to explain why you think this is necessary. Are you having problems with your phone? If so, explain what those problems are and people can probably help you resolve them.

There is no need for such app, and those apps are useless.
There are no known virus/malware/spyware/hack for a non jailbroken phone.
How can I clean up my iPhone?
