No. You can no longer install any Microsoft Office suite on operating systems that Microsoft (and Apple) no longer support or where Microsoft has retired the product. You would need a Mac capable of upgrading to Monterey (12.*), Ventura (13.*), or Sonoma (14.*) and you don't have that if you are running El Capitan.
The last version of the free LibreOffice Suite that supported El Capitan was 7.2.7.2 and can be installed from:
LibreOffice_7.2.7.2_MacOS_x86-64.dmg
and is compatible with Microsoft Office documents that you may have or wish to create.
