My Apple Watch doesn’t pair with my new iPhone 15

For difficulties with pairing your Apple Watch, you'll want to take the steps below:

1. Make sure that your iPhone has the latest version of iOS.

2. Turn off your iPhone and turn it back on.

3. Turn off your Apple Watch and turn it back on.

I ran into the same problem. I found out that I should have unpaired the watch from my old iPhone before trying to pair it with the new iPhone. I ended up resetting the watch but when asked about keeping the cell plan I said yes. when my granddaughter got her new iPhone we made sure to unpair her watch with the old iPhone before trying to pair it with the new iPhone.
