Select the tracks that you want to remove, right-click and select Delete from Library. You might want to hide the tracks from your purchase history when prompted, or see Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support. Assuming this is a recent purchase you might want to visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/, explain your error, and request a refund.

Deleting an Item from iTunes:

For Purchased Items, You Can't. Is this music you purchased from iTunes? Or is it Home Audio (MP3)? Removing an item from your iTunes Purchase History is just not an option. Note that even if you request a refund, they will remain in your Purchase History. On the good side, note that sometimes, purchased items are removed by Apple, and they never become accessible again.
