Lost data and account access

I got iPhone 15 few days ago. At Apple Store they tried transferring my phone data to the new iPhone, somehow all my data got lost and new iPhone has all the data of my son phone. My son and I do share Apple ID as he is under 18. Is there a way I could get my data and account back? Please advise
